The Outsourced Office was established in 2023 by Trisha Armstrong. Trisha is a Mum to two young children and while on both of her maternity leaves, she worked with a small number of sole traders, assisting them with their bookkeeping, admin and payroll needs.
Recognising a gap in the market for small business owners who required office support but did not have the need for additional staff, she identified an opportunity to provide high quality services, tailored to their needs.
